I believe in a tailored approach as we all learn differently. I have personally tracked strengths and weaknesses in areas at first and over time and track this until my students are well prepared. I typically do one-hour sessions but can increase this if necessary as I have found certain people respond better to longer times. Also, certain parts of content are quite challenging and more time may be required. I have tutored independently since age 16 and have helped children aged 5-18 in this time. My lessons are for any students of any age below A-Level. I would like to provide an opening test to see any weak points but this is not going to stop them from getting access to my tutoring, it is just for me so I can help them.
