About Tom
My very first calculus student went from an average grade to receiving an A in the subject during an adult continuing education class. I've not been teaching long, but having an engineering degree and having taught non-academics, I am proficient at breaking down a problem and assisting the student in understanding it at his or her level.

Hi, I'm Tom Scott, graduate of the school of Computer Engineering, UMASS. I have tutored both adults and children, including children with ADHD. If the student does not reach his or her goals, all payments are returned. 100% money-back guarantee.

Details
My rates vary generally between $25-$35 per hour: $25 for grades 6-8, $30 for high school, and $35 for college/adult, with discounts for Skype and block purchases. No charge for travel. Will teach at student's home, school, library, or other public place. Lessons not available at my home.
