About Lester
I worked as an Air cargo manager in a company where I enjoyed training youngsters on the job as well as spoke to them and made them improve on their English language. Most of them work overseas today and are grateful to me for their lessons I did give them both in air cargo as well as in English. I believe you also need no degrees to teach the language, you just need to have the gift of the gab.

I feel I would like to teach others by speaking and by listening to me, people should make themselves comfortable and I would correct them so that gradually they will learn how to speak better. For those who need to learn how to write as well, I assure you of my best teaching skills by asking you to write small sentences, paragraphs and move on to essays which gradually you will be comfortable to write, I also plan to dictate while students will write down the same.
