About Caitlin
I currently work as a School Learning Support Officer (SLSO), supporting children of all abilities in the classroom. I am passionate about helping children build confidence and feel successful in their learning.
I will be commencing a Bachelor of Education (Primary) this year, further strengthening my knowledge and skills in teaching. As a mom of three, I understand how important it is for children to feel supported, encouraged and understood.
I love working with children and helping them grow, not just academically, but in confidence and independence. My goal is to create a positive and nurturing learning experience for every child I work with.

My tutoring sessions are designed to support children from Kindergarten to Year 6 in building confidence, skills and a love for learning. With my experience working in school environments and supporting children of all abilities, I understand that every child learns differently.
I focus on creating a calm, encouraging and engaging space where children feel comfortable to try, make mistakes and grow. Lessons are tailored to each child’s individual needs — whether they need help catching up, building foundational skills or extending their learning.
For younger children, I incorporate play-based and hands on learning to make sessions fun and meaningful, while still aligning with what they are learning at school. I can support literacy (reading, writing, spelling), numeracy, school readiness and general confidence in the classroom.
My goal is not just academic improvement, but helping your child feel capable, proud and ready for school each day.
