About Nicole
I am a former Pharmacy Technician. I currently hold a Bachelor's degree in Human Services and currently in my Master's program for Psychology. I have been sharing my journey with clean eating/exercise with family and friends for five years. I use to take 4 insulin shots per day but now I am taking 1 pill daily. I have 20 more pounds to losse and the endocrinologist says I will be taken off od meds completely.
