Mathew would go to a problem and explores all the potential solution that exists then based on his list of requirement decide on the best one. His explanations are always simple and easy to understand. He is very personable and always look at the question from everyone'd angle, rather then just his own. He will come to the problem as if he has nothing rather then with all of the tools and knowledge that he already possesses. This makes Mathew a wonderful teacher that can accommodate for any students.
