About Gavin
Outside of study, I’m a very sporty and motivated person, and I bring that same energy and consistency into tutoring. I’m a driven and diligent Medical Student with a strong academic record throughout school and college.

In my approach to Maths tutoring, I focus on clear, step-by-step explanations that make topics easy to understand and apply with confidence. I break problems down into simple, logical stages and adapt my teaching to suit each student’s learning style and level.
I teach practical methods, problem-solving techniques, and exam strategies such as time management and marking-scheme awareness to help students improve steadily and perform well in Junior and Leaving Cert OL and HL exams.
My lessons are typically 60 minutes long, with longer sessions available if requested. Each lesson is tailored to the student’s pace and goals, ensuring they feel supported, confident, and well-prepared for assessments.
