About Lin
I am a person who is very passionate about teaching, and am eager to share the tips and tricks that helped make my GCSE and A Level studies much easier.
Overall I want to help my younger peers and students by making these more turbulent times of studies much more enjoyable, as I know firsthand the stress and worries that can arise from it.
School should be enjoyable and enriching, and I aim to help my students so that they can best experience it and not be so anxious for their exams and studies.

English Literature and Language can often be seen as a daunting, confusing, and hard to revise for subject. My methodology for teaching is to help students develop the right techniques and methods to tackle each type of question, to hone in on each student's individual strengths and weaknesses so that they feel properly prepared for their exams.
I believe students learn best from other students, as not only is a more comfortable rapport able to be built, it also allows for more meaningful tips and advice, given how I have more recently completed the type of exams they too are about to tackle.
As an undergraduate currently studying English Literature, I also aim for them to be able to see the joy and value in the subject, to make it accessible and not so confusing.
Typical length of a lesson = 1 hour [Online lessons only]

- GCSE English Language: 9 (A+)
- GCSE English Literature: 7 (A)
