I take my job really seriously but also enjoy seeing my students excel. I value tutoring highly because when I was younger it took me a while to learn how to ask for help and not learn everything on my own. I am patient and really invested in seeing my students excel. I know what it’s like to not understand things when the teacher goes too fast and assumes you understand, and prioritize matching my pace to the student’s needs.
I can tutor high school through college physics and math. I can also work and have worked with younger, elementary age children. I typically gear my lesson plans around your weak spots, and will need some guidance from you as to course requirements and milestones for us to work toward together. I generally customize my program to my student and their personality and goals.
