About Olívia
I’m an Honors Biology major at the University of Massachusetts Amherst with a minor in Chemistry, and I approach tutoring with a strong awareness of neurodivergent learning styles. I focus on practical, hands-on strategies that help students move from memorizing linear steps to understanding concepts dynamically. My goal is to teach sustainable learning skills (such as pattern recognition, problem-solving frameworks, and concept mapping) so students can apply what they learn beyond a single subject or exam. I aim to create an inclusive, supportive environment where students build confidence and long-term academic independence.
