About Veronica
I graduated from the University of Maryland- College Park in May of 2021 with a degree in neurobiology and physiology. I minored in nonprofit leadership and social innovation. During my time at Maryland, I was a Teaching Assistant for an upper-level biology lab as well as a peer mentor in a research lab. I minored in nonprofit leadership and social innovation. I'm currently working as a pediatric medical assistant full-time!

I tailor my teaching methods to the students and the course. Typically I teach by reviewing materials along with the student. After that using the Socratic method, I have the students answer multiple questions relating to the topic. Finally, I like to conclude by reviewing all answers. That being said, I hope to teach one on one and every student learns differently so I will tailor my approach based on the first few sessions.
