I am an undergrad at Fort Hays State University. Majoring in Kinesiology (The study of the body and its movements). I'm an NCAA athlete, which has given me an in-depth knowledge of fitness.

About Trevor
I am a hard working, highly motivated, highly knowledgeable individual. I care a lot about the development of people. I have worked as a church camp counselor for less than minimum wage, I worked at Chick-fil-A, and I once worked at an old folks home as a caretaker. These experiences have taught me to care about the person, not the profession. I am passionate about what I do, but I'm more passionate in your development.

I meet you where you are, I have a lot of knowledge about any area of fitness you are trying to get into ex: aerobics, swimming, Pilates, yoga, weight lifting, diet, hydration, weight loss, aesthetics competition, etc. So whatever your goal is, I WILL help you achieve. Don't be afraid to dream, just be willing to work for it. I work with beginners, veterans, and any in between. I am a 4.0 student (high school & college), and obtained a 33 ACT, I am in the honors program at my school. So I am intelligent and you can trust that I know how to work hard. I care about PEOPLE, you can lean on me and I won't falter.
