About Jasmine
My name is Jasmine Tran and I am a undergraduate student in ACU. I have a strong.passion in teaching students and try my best to ensure that they excel in their subjects. I love students being able to fit confident in themselves, especially when understanding the concept of maths or English and finding it interesting rather than something that you just need to know. I have been doing teaching for quite some time And my love for teaching has definitely increased.

I will begin with assessing the student in the first lesson, to have an understanding of their capabilities and where their strengths and weaknesses lay, from there I will create customised lessons to suit each of the students, to allow them to build a more explicit understanding of work they often struggle with. Students will also be given the opportunity to speak their mind as ask to work on certain things in the next lesson, which I will ensure to adjust my lessons to meet their needs. Each lesson will typically run for an hour, but parents are able to extend the lesson as well, for their child to have longer lesson. I have a couple months experience as a tutor as well as I have been teaching in schools during my practical experience with UNI which has also benefited me in understanding how all students learn differently, thus needing a different lesson plan. My lesson are typically aimed for children in Kindergarten to year 6. I am currently now working in two schools doing casual work
