About Abdullah
Growing up, I had grown interest in many things that involved my studies and two of those things happened to be literature and linguistics. As a result of which, despite the medium of my education not being English, I happened to grow a particular interest in it as it was the only language except for my native language that I had the opportunity to learn at school at an age when I wasn't supposed to be aware of the importance of speaking English on a global scale. As I grew up, I realized I was being considered smarter than other kids of my surrounding just because I had a better conduct of a particular language than them. Not to mention how in my native country, Bangladesh, knowing English is regarded as a standard to measure people's classes. At some point as I've become fully aware how my interest in learning a language played a role this crucial in many of my biggest achievements of life even though I've always been an average student with average grades, I've decided to spread the knowledge of it while keeping myself busy in tutoring which happens to be a hobby to me.

*Classes will be conducted online and each class will be held for 1 hour (might extend depending on the students' demands)
*Medium of instruction will be English except for students who speak either of those three languages:- Bengali, Hindi and Urdu
*Study level and experience: I'm an undergrad student pursuing my bachelor's degree in Taylor's University Malaysia. Before coming to Malaysia, I had to sit for the IELTS exam which I had aced with an average band score of 8.00 (Listening 8.00, Reading 9.00, Writing 7.5, Speaking 7.5). I have an experience of working as a teaching assistant for a consultancy agency named Pro Info Edu & Consultancy where I had to make lecture worksheets and help students willing to go abroad with writing their SOPs. I also tutored a friend of mine who was applying for Canada.
*Courses I'm offering:
1. Communicative grammar and basic vocabulary: 30 days of intensive course on basic English grammar and vocabulary needed on a conversative level. (most recommended for children of age 9-14 and people willing to go abroad for work)
2. Learning English: 6 months of learning English as a foreign language which will cover communicative grammar, understanding of written passages or audible speeches on literary contexts. (most recommended for high school graduates whose medium of instruction was not English but will need the language as a medium of instruction in higher levels of study)
3. IELTS preparation course: A 3 months' crash course on IELTS preparation that comes with ten free mock tests subsequent to the finishing of the course. (Please note that this course is for IELTS test takers who already have somewhat a general command of the language. People who lack the basic command of the language but are willing to apply for this course are discouraged to apply).
4. School English: For students attending school who need guidance with their English lectures, assignments and exams. (Classes will be divided according to their schools' curricula)
