About Beth
I am an energetic and highly motivated undergraduate who is passionate about learning more and giving these tools to others. I received all As and A*s in my GCSEs, AS and A Levels and will hopefully give you the tools to do the same! My academic passion is philosophy which I knew I loved, seeing as a young child I was always asking questions. Forever that annoying kid in my lecture halls asking my lecturers why why why! Really I think that's all philosophers are. People who write long complicated arguments to answer the questions of fellow annoying kids, stuck in their worlds of hypotheticals. I love literature, theatre, feminist theories, music, yoga and any deep conversations. Good energy in theory and practice!

My teaching methodology is centred around YOU - figuring out your connection to the subject and making learning personal. I always start at the foundations; reducing a subject down to its core elements and going from there. My aim as a tutor is essentially to motivate and encourage you to feel confident with your ideas and get those ideas from pen to paper. Mentored AS Level Religious Studies for 1 year. Lessons are targeted at GCSE-A Level students (Secondary Level).
