I would assess students' ability, understanding and progress in each lesson to begin my maths questions and examples. If students struggle in medium level questions, I would retest their basic concepts and guide them until they are able to tackle the average level questions. For high achievers, I would mostly focus on assisting them with exam questions and exam techniques including time-management. I aspire to be a researcher or a high school teacher after I graduate.
