About Vince
I oversee a diverse portfolio of responsibilities, including cost-benefit analysis, net present value (NPV) analytics, and capital reporting. My analytical approach has enabled my team to make data-driven investment decisions that maximize returns and minimize risk. I have earned credentials as a PMP through the Project Management Institute (Project Management Professional) as well as Business Process Management, BPM certification, Six Sigma yellow belt certification, Scalable Agile Method Certification, and Agile Product Owner Certification. These certifications along with the education and experience below have allowed me to provide value not only in a professional setting but also in an academic one as an adjunct instructor for the past 26 years. Degrees include Master in Information Systems (MIS), Master of Management, Master Certificate in Project Management, Master in Business Administration (MBA), and a B.B.A. Finance. Academically I have facilitated 45 different business courses across 7 major disciplines including: project management, human resources, accounting, finance, economics, information systems, and strategy and organizational behavior. Professionally this translates into my director-level role within UnitedHealthcare as conducting comprehensive cost-benefit and Net Present Value (NPV) analyses to evaluate and prioritize capital projects, supporting data-driven investment decisions and maximizing Return on Investment (ROI). Managing the intake and evaluation of capital initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams to vet proposals, assess IT capacity, and oversee capability delivery. Directing user acceptance testing (UAT) efforts, translating business requirements into actionable test plans and ensuring high-quality, user-focused solutions. Providing oversight to capital and financial reporting, providing actionable insights and transparency to senior leadership through detailed analysis and presentations. And driving process improvement initiatives, optimizing workflows to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and improve reporting accuracy.
