About Ioana
I have finished my high school in 2020 with a 9.81 average in the Romanian Baccalaureate, ranking in the top 1.3% of the 2020 class of Romania. I have always been an academically driven person, which helped me get admitted into the BA Economics programme at Uni of Cambridge. I am passionate about my subject, and I feel like I have both the necessary knowledge and skills to help other people become just as enthusiastic about it. I am also a sociable person, and I will try my best to create a comfortable and enjoyable environment for you to be able to learn as much as possible.

I am an international student and come from a country in which there is little focus on Economics. Hence, I had to find my passion for Economics and study it individually. Since I had to mostly "figure out" Economics on my own, I am confident I can do the same with other people. My admission into a prestigious university shows that I have the necessary knowledge to help you improve your Econ skills. I am a patient person and I believe that the most important aspect of Economics is to understand the mechanisms behind each model intuitively first. Afterwards, I will help you further enhance your knowledge through the mathematical derivation necessary. I am completely open to all questions during sessions and would love to accommodate any special learning requirement you might have as best as I can.
