About Joe
I am a PhD student at University College London studying Italian literature. I have a dual undergraduate degree (BA) in Italian literature and Classics from the University of Notre Dame and a degree in Medieval history (MPhil) from the University of Cambridge. I spent the academic year of 2017/2018 student teaching at a high school in northern Italy, where I assisted with English classes, did small group English test certification prep, and private English tutoring.

My goal as a tutor is to make the educational journey as smooth as possible by: responding to student's questions and concerns, offering tips to improve problem areas and facilitate lasting comprehension, and working within the frame of student interests to make the subject matter as engaging as possible.
