About Perseverance
With a degree in Environmental Science from the University of Colorado and previous tutoring experience during my university studies, I bring both academic knowledge and real experience working with students.
I take tutoring seriously and come prepared to every lesson with the goal of making your time valuable and productive. I’m patient, dependable, and committed to creating a professional learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and working through challenges at their own pace.
I understand that choosing a tutor is an important decision. My approach is focused on your individual goals, whether you need help strengthening your foundations, preparing for an exam, completing challenging coursework, or building greater confidence in a subject.
Most importantly, I want you to leave each lesson feeling that you understand something better than you did when you arrived. I’m here not only to teach the material, but to help you develop the confidence and skills to succeed independently.

Hi! I’m a graduate of the University of Colorado with a degree in Environmental Science, and I’m passionate about helping students feel more confident and capable in their academics.
During my time at university, I had the opportunity to tutor students and discovered how rewarding it is to help someone go from feeling confused or frustrated to finally understanding a concept. I believe that every student learns differently, so I take the time to understand what works best for each person and adapt my teaching style accordingly.
I tutor Math, English, Biology, and Geography, and my background in Environmental Science has given me a strong foundation in science, geography, and analytical thinking. Whether you’re struggling with a difficult topic, preparing for an exam, keeping up with classwork, or simply looking to improve your skills, I’m here to help.
My goal is not just to give you the answers, but to help you understand why something works so that you can approach similar problems confidently on your own. I aim to create a relaxed, supportive environment where you can ask questions, make mistakes, and learn without feeling judged.
If you’re looking for a tutor who is patient, encouraging, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in your progress, I’d love to work with you. Let’s make learning easier, more enjoyable, and something you can feel confident about!
