About Meagan
I have over two years of experience teaching students in both an online and in person setting and have worked with students one-on-one and also in groups of up to 20. With this strong background in teaching, it has provided me with an opportunity to adapt my lessons to best suit my current students’ needs and improve my lessons with more contemporary content. Learning English is an important asset in our modern world, but I also aim to go above and beyond for my students by incorporating aspects of America culture, history, and art to expand their English vocabulary.

I prioritize fun, engaging lessons that work on developing confidence and capability to speak English as a second language. My lessons focus on the multiple facets of the English language, including vocabulary, speaking, reading, and writing in order to create a more well-rounded understanding of the language. By using topics that my students are interested in, I work with them to increase their knowledge and comfort level with English. My typical students range from elementary school to college and I adapt my lessons to fit their skill level adequately.
