Throughout the last century, traditional teaching methods have undergone significant changes; brought on by social, cultural and technological developments. In my classroom however, I use the facilitator style of teaching which encourages self-learning and it also helps them to develop problem solving skills especially in the field of Accounting where we deal with a lot of calculations.
