I train self-defense, tournament-based and building up high standard of discipline. Living the martial way, Japanese tradition and culture. Building up mental health, dealing with anger management, self-control, flexibility and traditional way of working on your body to stay fit.

Poulo Paki is an excellent tutor, he is patient and understanding and knows to make you understand something and is able to break it down for you and he is a consistent tutor who is passionate about what he does and what he believes in.
