Hi, I’m Charles, a university lecturer, HR professional, and committed lifelong learner with over 15 years of experience in Human Resources and Commercial Law across diverse industries. I hold a Master’s degree in Business and Human Resource Management and currently teach at the university level in Canada, where I specialize in engaging adult learners. My professional journey has given me deep insight into organizational behavior, employment law, talent development, and business strategy—all of which I bring to life in my lessons through real-world examples and relatable case studies.
