About Amarisse
I volunteered as an aid to teaching in various English course in multiple levels, either bilingual or English as a foreign language. Since I am bilingual and bicultural I understand the challenge of transferring skills between several languages and the necessity to establish a good contact with the teacher and good fundamentals.

I am a second year student at Concordia University in Montreal. I am bilingual in English and French, being of both French and Canadian nationality. In general, I prefer to focus first on the oral to give confidence to the students and allow them to have a first approach and a certain degree of confidence. For it is often at this point that students in a foreign language lack skills. I can adapt to the demands and levels of the students. In addition, for an easier learning, exposure to native English is necessary. My accent is correct in this way having regularly spent my holidays in Toronto and having lived in Canada this past year. My accent would allow students to be immersed in an English speaking environment.
