About Uditha Fernando
I worked in the Ministry of Finance in Sri Lanka and conducted Mathematics classes for students from Grade 1 to 11. I have a Bachelor's Degree in Science. I got a scholarship and currently studying Master of Economics and Public Policy at the at the of Queensland. I am passionate in teaching Mathematics and Statistics. I am result oriented and have 12+ experience teaching student from age 6 to 16.

I first analyse the student's ability in grasping Mathematical concepts and Basics. I start with basics and then progress to the complex problems. I adjust my teaching method according to the student's ability and intention to learn Mathematics. I believe that mathematical skills can be improved by building the self confidence among the students. It is not limited to memorizing and to improve mathematical skills such as analyzing, identifying connections, forecasting, problem solving we need to engage in a range of activities.
