About Pooja
I am currently an undergraduate student at Coventry University, where I am studying to achieve a BSc in Mathematics. Despite having never tutored professionally, I have volunteered in schools, where I have assisted students who were struggling with Maths. Furthermore, I have also tutored friends and family members and helped them achieve a grade B in GCSE Maths (when they had previously failed). My teaching style involves initially going through past exam questions with students, to find out which topics they struggle with, then focus more on these topics until the student and I both believe they understand the topic, then going through exam questions again, and hopefully see an improvement. The feedback received from my students suggested that this method was very helpful and did result in them seeing an improvement in their mathematical abilities.
