About Martina
I study international relations and anthropology at the University of Sussex. With the pandemic, we have a lot of free time so I used it to become a certified English teacher. I have experienced what it is like to move somewhere and not be able to communicate as it happened to a lot of my classmates growing up. so far I have used my qualification to teach my mother English and she now communicates amazingly!

I approach ESL as a tool needed for survival - since it is the case with most of my students. Everything I do in my classes is useful for day-to-day communication and socialising - which is essential through online learning. There are some boring grammar parts that need to be covered but I always try to make it as fun as possible! I love having a good time with my students.
