About Raveena
I have graduated with a degree in Applied Science (Exercise Physiology) from the University of Sydney in February this year and have been giving private lessons in English and an array of other subjects including history, PDHPE, science, maths, since 2015. During my HSC in 2013 I achieved 94/100 in Advanced English and 49/50 in English Extension 1. I have tutored over 20 students and enabled them to reach their full potential and succeed in their academic goals through patience, guidance, support, and understanding.

I am a compassionate and kind teacher who thoroughly enjoys providing one on one support to students. Lessons are uniquely tailored around understanding the students needs, their strengths and weaknesses, their goals, and the school syllabus. The lesson structure includes focusing on one area for the majority of the lesson, which involves teaching content, discussing ideas together, writing them down, and applying knowledge, in order to get an in-depth understanding of the subject matter. I believe that every student is capable of achieving more than what they imagined with hard work, persistence, and determination, and I am here to make their goals and aspirations a reality.
