About Evelyn
I am a University of Toronto graduate with degree in Kinesiology, with a minor in biology. I am currently pursuing my Bachelor of Education at the University of Ottawa. I have over five years of experienced in tutoring students between the ages of 3-16.
My goal is to create a space where the student feels comfortable asking questions and taking risks. I fully believe that everyone can learn math and science when taught correctly!

I strongly believe that all students are capable of understanding what is being taught in school, and that teaching using simple words, repetition, lots of fun examples, while also learning through mistakes, is paramount to success. My goal is also to create a supportive and encouraging environment, where the student feels comfortable asking questions, tackling difficult math problems, and grows as an independent problem solver.
