As a mature student having not studied for years being faced with having to produce degree level academic writing was hugely daunting. Diane was pivotal to my success in achieving my degree. Diane seemed to have an instinctive insight into what l needed. Full of enthusiasm and ideas, at times l would waste precious time going down an incorrect path.
