About Ollie
I'm a professional session guitarist and guitar teacher with a decade of experience in guitar tuition. I've taught many students over the years in a broad range of styles and abilities. All students come with their own unique passion for music and I love to help cultivate this whilst they continue along their own journey with guitar in whichever direction that takes.

I treat each student individually as everyone has a different way of learning. This means I will get to know a student's favourite styles and aims and then tailor an approach to the guitar around this whilst sharing all the knowledge of the instrument I have gained through my study and work in the industry. I teach a wide range of styles and genres from Rock and Pop to Funk and Jazz but specialise in improvisation and the jazz theory approach to the instrument. I feel this approach is key to most modern styles of music and really helps unlock the instrument. If you want to just learn the basics of the guitar, expand your repertoire of songs, or really progress with your total understanding of the guitar, I can help.
