As a Technical Program Manager at Minecraft, I've had the privilege of working closely with one of the most iconic games in the industry. Before that, I honed my skills as a Software Engineer at Microsoft, where I worked on OneDrive and Minecraft. These experiences have given me invaluable insights into the tech industry and exposed me to cutting-edge technologies and development practices.
My academic journey was equally rewarding. Graduating with honors in Computer Science from the prestigious University of British Columbia (UBC) was a significant milestone. During my time at UBC I got involved in the computer science field. As the President of the Computer Science Club, I fostered a collaborative environment for fellow students to explore and excel in their coding pursuits. I also founded a hackathon in collaboration with Major League Hacking (MLH), and I'm proud to say that I led it for three successful years. Witnessing the innovative projects and ideas brought to life during these events was truly inspiring, and it solidified my belief in the power of hands-on learning and teamwork.
While my professional and academic achievements have been fulfilling, my true passion lies in teaching and mentoring. For the past eight years, I've been fortunate to share my knowledge and expertise with students like you. I've tutored aspiring programmers through high school, college, and beyond.
