About Rupon
I've been where you have before and I know how stressful and confusing it is. Whether you're in the middle of your HSC year or taking a gap year to make it into that dream medical school, I know how overwhelming that journey can be at times. I'm here to help guide you through that journey and lighten some of that overwhelming load. Hi guys, I've been teaching students for the past 5 years since I graduated from Hurlstone Agricultural High School in 2019. For those of you who are all about the credentials I graduated with a 97.1 ATAR with four band 6s:
- 94 in Chemistry
- 94 in Biology
- 96 in Advanced Mathematics (2U)
- 91 in Economics
My teaching focuses on both content mastery and exam technique as both of these elements are equally crucial for success. I focus on you as a student and encourage you to give me feedback so I can tailor my lessons to your preferences.
I've worked with and received positive feedback from students from all kinds of backgrounds including top 5 ranking students from the elite schools (I.e. Sydney boys) .
Both 1-1 and group classes are available with me starting from as low as $20/hr. My students also receive access to comprehensive notes + exam style questions for all subjects. For those medical school hopefuls, I scored in the upper 99th percentile in the UCAT with a score of 3340. I sat interviews from multiple medical schools both in NSW and interstate and also received multiple offers before accepting UNSW. I have experience mentoring students for their UCAT and interviews and offer both group and 1-1 help. Rupon is a skilled and knowledgeable chemistry teacher who caters for your needs and ensures to clear up any confusions or troubles you may have. With each dot point, he explains everything in detail and uses different teaching styles to show it such as drawing diagrams that help you visualise key concepts.
Rupon is currently helping me with my UCAT preparation, and is a really excellent tutor in that regards. He explains really well on how to approach questions, and gives us great tips to help us improve, and achieve to the best of our ability. He is very helpful, and gives us his tips that he used while he was preparing for the UCAT, and how he improved which helps guide us to see how we can similarly improve from our mistakes.
