About Mackenzie
I am a UofT graduate with a double major in Math and Physics. I have been tutoring students since grade 11. Over the last year I have been focusing on helping students get into university and helping university students get higher gpa's in math and physics courses (both first and second year courses).

I have a few different methodologies depending on what the student needs. If they aren't understanding the course lectures, then I go over those carefully and slowly explaining the nuances that professors tend to skip over, coming up with examples along the way to guide and test the student. If the student needs help solving more advanced problems or solving them faster, I have a wealth of questions to test them with which are progressively more difficult and aim at hammering home key concepts in abstract ways (which is how they will be tested in university)

As a graduate of university with a passion for teaching students and years of experience, you will not find a better tutor than me in terms of effective teaching and engagement. For high school students I charge $40/hr and for university students I charge $55/hr.
