I set the agenda at the start of the class when the student is in right frame to grasp the class. If I find that student is not feeling his best then I try to ease them. I always give real life examples that they can relate to. Hence examples are going to be student specific(based on their age group and interests). I try to involve them in the class as much as possible and make it an interactive session instead of a monologue. Probing them regularly in the class is something that I think is very necessary. I allot some time strategically to clear the doubts before moving on with next topic and always ask them to summarize the class as its going to give me a clarity on their understanding and revise the previous class before starting the next class. My special feature is being very patient and I understand that every student is unique and needs different time frame and a personalized delivery style to understand a concept
