About Jazmyn
Learning the violin does not have to be stressful! I enjoy incorporating games and popular songs to make learning fun and interesting. I believe sharing information and knowledge about music is just as important as having fun and passion for your instrument. I find that the teacher-student relationship should be easy going and trusting to ensure learning the instrument becomes the most fun and interesting part of your day. I have taught in orphanages, senior living homes, schools, and students' homes, and I can ensure you will feel comfortable learning with me as well as asking questions. I enjoy making curated lesson plans for each student because I believe everyone has a different path when it comes to their journey with music and the violin. I also find great importance in building a trusting and secure relationship with my students so learning will be as stress free as possible (I want to know you as a person, and I care about your goals outside of violin!) Learning the violin, in my eyes, provides a great analogy to life, It can be challenging and stressful at times, but with the right caring teacher/mentor, you will feel supported every step of the way! I look forward to meeting and learning with you!
