About Joseph
I have been a chef for 7 years, training in some of Manchester top, and busies restaurants... The Ivy, 20 Stories, and the Midland hotel. I have built my skills to a high professional level and progressed far in my career in the kitchen.
I have left the industry, but still remain passionate for cooking. I am currently vegan, and work at a vegan Caribbean cafe.

Joseph is a great coach.
