About Jamil
I first started my fitness resume doing 3 weeks sessions with you in Los Angeles at elementary schools for about 3 years. My team and I specialized in nutrition and condition to get the students ready for their yearly fitness test, but the most important aspect taught was confidence!
From their I assisted a colleague of mine with her personal fitness business at the campus of USC in California. Mostly working with various athletes and non athlete to hit their specific fitness goals.
The later half of my resume outside of personal basketball/track coach, was a focus on diet and nutrition. It is my belief that with a Plant Based diet, 80% of your fitness goals can be achieved. If you have to overcompensate int he gym, your working to hard. In 2018 we work smarter not harder to achieve our goals!
