About Carissa
Hello :) my name is Carissa! I hope to meet you and then meet your needs. I am a lifelong learner (and teacher as teaching is a form of learning). I am in love with all educational topics, and hope to help have a deeper understanding and appreciation for whatever subject it may be.
Español la idioma de mi sangre. Spanish is such a beautiful language. Whatever may be the purpose for your learning Spanish I hope to help you understand and appreciate it. I currently am studying abroad in Chile which if no one has told you is the hardest spanish to know that often it's just called Chilean (k bkn no?). I am very familiar with the process of learning spanish as I took classes since I was five until last semester and as a student I observed what worked and what didn't.

You will have homework to prepare for you before each class, so we can maximize your lesson by discussing homework and move on from there.
After each class we will do a reflection to metacognite your learning so that you are more intentional about your learning and can grow faster and deeper.
