About Saaheel
I’m Saaheel aka.Viom, a violinist, composer, music producer, and sound artist with nearly 20 years of experience in teaching and performing. My musical journey has taken me from composing for films and producing music to working as a sound artist in Australia, where I also earned my Bachelor of Music degree in 2011. Throughout my career, I’ve explored diverse genres—from classical foundations to fusion, electronic, and indie sounds. As the frontman of Viom Xaanti and through my solo projects, I’ve had the privilege of performing at festivals, sundowner gigs, and live stages across India. But beyond the performances and productions, what truly drives me is the desire to share my knowledge. Music isn’t just about playing notes—it’s about understanding the language of sound, feeling its emotional depth, and expressing your own voice through it. My teachings are rooted in the lineage of Yehudi Menuhin, one of the world’s greatest violinists, and I aim to pass down not just techniques but the wisdom and vision that shaped me. I’ve been honored with the Best Musician award twice at IIT Powai’s Mood Indigo festival, but the real reward comes from seeing my students grow. Whether you’re preparing for grade exams or simply want to play with heart, I’m here to guide you with a mix of friendly support and serious dedication. One-on-One Violin Classes
With nearly 20 years of teaching experience, I offer personalized one-on-one violin classes designed to help you grow both technically and artistically. My approach focuses on:
