About Thandazile
My name is Thandazile Duma ,a South African nationality based in South Africa with an educational background in English teaching. I have acquired my TEFL Certificate with TeacherRecord . I am here to help you develop your skills in speaking the English Language ,guaranteed that i will be of great assistance. I will make our online English lessons lively as possible and we can even be friends.
I also have a background in First Aid&Home Care ,another background in Real Estate profession. During the pandemic Covid which was worldwide i started teaching English language online to assist students to stay up to date with work as we were all in isolation and lockdown.
I am very fond of interacting and engaging with people from all different parts of the world. In my spare time i enjoy reading , going quad-biking and meeting up with my friends.
I am very passionate about teaching because it also gives me sense of duty to be able to assist students reach their full potential. It also runs within my family as both my parents were succesful teachers.

My teaching styles switch up and vary within the following ;
1. Teacher centered instruction , i have the main responsibility in the learning environment and activities. when activities take place i explain the concepts and assigning individual work so students absorb the information while i actively deliver it.
2. Student centered approach ,this allows students planning, implementation and assessments. Involving learners in these decision places more responsibility and ownership on them rather than on the teacher alone. I am comfortable with changing my leadership style from directive to consultative
3. Project learning ,it also falls on the student centered approach .It is based on students completing projects and home-works .Students acquire knowledge ,research, think critically ,evaluate ,analyze, make decisions and collaborate
