About Jes
My yoga journey began with a way to be active but avoid the gym. Not too long after I was obsessed and training in NYC to become an instructor.
11 years later, I've worked with the general public, the elderly, veterans, incarcerated youths, those suffering from anxiety/depression/eating disorders, and those recovering from physical injury/surgery.
I'm also a licensed massage therapist with a focus on medical and oncology massage.

I love approaching yoga from the lens of customization and adaptation. Whether you're looking to get a basics understanding of body mechanics or looking to deepen your expression of an ever-evolving practice, I can support your growth and exploration.
Standard sessions are 50 min with a 10 min buffer for catch up and priorities before we begin. Available via Zoom with a recording for you to download directly after. Shorter and longer variations available depending on the practice requested.
