About Mary
I have been practicing yoga for 10 years, trying a multitude of different styles (vinyasa, hatha, dharma, yin, etc.). My passion for yoga led me to graduate as a Vinyasa Yoga teacher (200hrs) with MoreYoga UK, and I am accredited by the Yoga Alliance Professionals UK. I currently teach yoga to small groups in zoom, so I can make sure they practice in a safe space where I can see and guide them; and also private classes where I can give a more personalized attention.

My classes are dynamic and energetic, but they also pay a lot of attention to the practice of Pranayama (breath control) so that the breath guides the movement in order to enter a state of active meditation. I adapt to all levels, although if you are a beginner, I recommend starting with private lessons to ensure that you acquire a basic notion of the postures before joining a group session that can be a bit intimidating at first.
