WELCOME! My name is Mrs. Sanders and I am excited to start this learning journey with you! I have been in the Education field for over 19 years in various grade levels and subjects including elementary, middle, high, and college freshmen in sunny Florida ☀️. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education, a Master's degree in Educational Leadership, and an Educational Specialist degree in Organizational Leadership. I also have certifications in Elementary K-6, Reading K-12, ESOL, and Educational Leadership. With my extensive experience and qualifications, I am confident that I can provide high-quality and effective tutoring sessions for your young learner. As for my teaching style, I prioritize creating an engaging and fun learning environment for my students. I have a bubbly personality and love to incorporate games and movement into my lessons. Through this, I am able to keep learners interested and motivated, making online learning a positive experience for them. To ensure that online learning is effective, I also use formative assessments throughout instruction to gauge students' understanding and adjust my teaching accordingly. When I'm not teaching, you can find me indulging in my hobbies! I love to shop, sleep, watch movies, and work on my various businesses. A standard 55-minute session includes:

1. Warm-Up & Review (5-10 min): Brief check-in and review of previous concepts.
2. Mini-Lesson (15-20 min): Direct teaching of the targeted skill or topic using visual aids and step-by-step guidance.
3. Student Practice (15-20 min): Guided exercises with immediate feedback, transitioning to independent practice.
4. Wrap-Up (5-10 min): Recap of key takeaways, student reflection, and preview of next session or optional enrichment.

*Lesson pacing and depth are always adapted based on student progress and energy.
