About Vlasta
Hi! I’m Vlasta, a 2nd year kinesiology student at York University with a strong academic background in biology and human anatomy. I’ve worked closely with clients in wellness and health-related settings, and now I’m here to help students succeed—whether you're in Grade 11, 12, or first-year university.
I understand how overwhelming science courses can feel, especially when concepts aren’t explained clearly. That’s why I focus on breaking things down using visual aids, simplified language, and real-life examples that make the material easier to understand and remember.
I’m reliable, patient, and committed to helping you reach your goals. I also keep my rates affordable because I know how expensive tutoring can be. If you're looking for someone who truly cares about your learning and will meet you at your level, I’m here to support you every step of the way!!!

As a kinesiology student at York University, I tutor Grade 11–12 biology and first-year university anatomy. My teaching style focuses on simplifying complex concepts through visuals, diagrams, and real-life examples—perfect for visual learners like me!
Method & Lesson Structure:
Each lesson includes a quick review, a focused teaching segment with visual aids, followed by interactive practice and a recap. I use active recall, clear diagrams, and relatable explanations to make learning stick.
What Sets Me Apart:
I understand what it’s like to feel overwhelmed by science content, so I break it down in a way that makes sense. My sessions are supportive, engaging, and personalized. I also understand how expensive tutors are so I charge
Who It’s For:
High school students (Grade 11–12) and university students taking anatomy or health science courses who want clear, visual, and practical tutoring. And don’t worry—I keep my rates affordable because I know how costly tutoring can be.
