About Reina
I am a dedicated singing tutor with a bachelor’s degree in music and nine years of professional teaching experience. My passion for vocal performance began early, and over the years, I have developed a comprehensive approach to teaching that balances technical mastery with artistic expression. Helping students discover and refine their unique voices is at the heart of my work. Throughout my career, I have had the pleasure of working with singers of all levels, from beginners taking their first steps to advanced performers preparing for auditions and concerts. I believe in customizing lessons to meet each student’s goals and learning style, ensuring that every session is productive and inspiring. My focus is on building strong vocal fundamentals while encouraging creativity and confidence. In addition to teaching, I remain actively engaged as a performer and continually expand my knowledge through workshops and ongoing training. This commitment allows me to bring fresh techniques and up-to-date methods into my lessons, enhancing the learning experience. I am passionate about fostering a positive, encouraging environment where students feel comfortable pushing their boundaries. My singing lessons focus on building a strong, healthy vocal technique while nurturing your unique artistic expression. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced singer, I tailor each session to your individual goals and skill level. We work on essential areas such as breath control, pitch accuracy, and vocal agility to create a solid foundation for confident singing.
Breath control is a key part of my teaching, as it supports sustained, powerful singing without strain. I guide students through exercises that enhance lung capacity, control airflow, and improve stamina. Developing proper breath support helps you sing with greater ease and expression.
Vocal technique lessons include pitch training, range expansion, and tone quality improvement. Through carefully designed exercises, students learn to sing with precision, clarity, and control. I also incorporate ear training to help improve musicality and pitch recognition.
Beyond technique, I emphasize performance skills such as stage presence, emotional connection, and interpretation. Students learn how to convey the meaning of songs authentically and connect with their audience. My goal is to create a supportive environment where you feel confident exploring your voice and expressing your artistry.
