Professional education, I first taught as a professor of schools holder (PERC) and special education for troubled teens (CAPSAIS option F). Then I was a teacher of Spanish and French in general secondary schools before choosing to teach in vocational school (CAPLP Spanish-letters). I practice differentiated instruction and adapt myself to the pace and level of each student. Having a good knowledge of adolescent psychology (two years of study), I quickly identifies the problems, weaknesses and strengths of the student and TOGETHER, we set up a project. I regularly raise the motivation of the student, plays, let him take the place of the teacher, gives her challenges alternating with periods of intensive preparation. I take care of the management of the student as a whole: motivation, methodology, learning, lifestyle ... My goal: rapid and motivating results and a gradual enjoy working materials.
