Hi guys! I’m from South Korea and now living in Paris. I majored in Korean language & literature at my university and graduate school. I have a master’s degree on Korean modern literature.
I have been teaching students for the past 9 years. I taught from children to adults, and all of them were fully satisfied with my lessons.
I have an optimistic, cheerful, and humorous character. We can be best friends, not just a teacher & a student.
I’m well aware of all kinds of cultures of my country(ex: music, movies, books, youtube, etc.). So if you’re also interested in Korean culture, I can provide you a lot of informations on it while teaching you the language. Welcome to the class, and let’s have fun!

I basically use a textbook for foreign learners, which is made by the National Institue of Korean Language. My curriculum will be personally organized for each students.
If you are a total beginner, we’re going to start from the very beginning(Korean alphabet and some basic expressions). And then when you’re ready, I’m going to utilize a variety of attractive cultural materials. Such as an interview video of BTS, some lyrics of BLACKPINK, a preview video of Parasite, a clip video of K-dramas and TV shows, etc.
I prefer teaching Korean in Korean, because the students will be needed to get a chance for listening and getting used to an actual Korean language, tone and pronunciation. (I was born and raised in Seoul, so I speak the standard Korean language.) But if you are at a beginners’ level, I can give you the lecture in English. And I’m adding this just in case, I’m curruently in Paris now but not so good at French yet.🥲
