About Gouri
I am a college student doing a degree in humanities. I love engaging with people, getting to know their life, being there to help them grow and face day to day problems and conflicts and to also motivate them to be a better human being everyday.

The first step is to establish a friendly and reliable relationship between the student and the coach. The student needs to trust the coach in order to share their personal stories. The coach will then help the student identify and acknowledge what's obstructing them to grow. The sessions will mostly include talking about their daily lives, issues and how one can solve them. Another goal is to teach new techniques to get over stress and so forth.
